Aprile Serry is a creative business owner and is dedicated to partnering with clients to envision and implement solutions to meet their evolving business needs by providing thought leadership resulting in the development of marketing strategies. Aprile is also the founder of The Sleek Wardrobe - a personal styling venture and blog.
Prior to embarking upon entrepreneurship, Aprile built a career in the financial services industry . She led high-impact and strategic engagements to include the planning process for a budget valuing $500M USD and spearheaded a $109M USD cost savings initiative to improve multi-year spend.

In 2018, Aprile completed in Richmond, Virginia’s Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lab. Aprile also led the development of a framework to guide the 2019 launch of Mission Tomorrow, Richmond, Virginia's first-ever interactive career exploration event for 12,000+ students to discover interests and in-demand jobs from 140+ businesses in the region.
